We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
No link to an EU ODR platform. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025. A reference to it would be misleading, which is why this page deliberately does not carry one.
